Justin Eddy is a Chinese-Canadian actor born and raised in London, Ontario. He began working at the age of ten, where his passion for storytelling first presented itself.
Justin appeared in seven seasons at the Grand Theatre, working on the productions; Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Elf the Musical, Hello Dolly, Les Misérables (dir. Susan Ferley), Cinderella (dir. Heather Davies), Evita (dir. Jan Alexandra Smith), A Christmas Carol and Home for the Holidays (dir. Dennis Garnhum).
In addition to his work at the Grand Theatre, Justin has collaborated with the The Stratford Festival, The Charlottetown Festival, Tarragon Theatre, Centaur Theatre, Theatre Direct, Curveball Creative, Brott Music Festival and Geordie Theatre.
At age 18, Justin moved to Montréal, QC where he began his training at the National Theatre School of Canada. During his time at the National Theatre School, he worked with incredible mentors such as Jackie Maxwell, Ann-Marie MacDonald, Rose Plotek, André Sills, Martha Burns, Graeme Somerville, Marla Mclean, Tim Welham, Brenda Bazinet, Fiona Byrne, Laurel Thomson and Rebecca Harper. He also performed in numerous productions such as 365 Plays/365 Days (dir. Alisa Palmer), The Most Offending Soul Alive (dir. Danielle Irvine), Indecent (dir. Mike Payette), Everybody (dir. Anita Rochon), Bonus Points If You Have Air Conditioning (dir. Andrew Kushnir) and To Those Who Wait In Fear (dir. ahdri zhina mandiela).
Outside of his training at the National Theatre School, Justin has worked with Natalie Weiss, Tom Oliver, and Blythe Wilson to continue his extensive vocal training and specialization as a musical theatre practitioner.
